Clean rooms

Great Location - super value

Amazing hotel

Very good property.
Good everything, great value for money. Good location, clean rooms- cleanest I've seen for a long time anywhere- better than any Mercure or Novotel I've stayed at in the past 3 years. Most responsive aircond in the world. Excellent wifi. The only annoyances is the pushy reception trying to upsell me at check-in- I was obviously tired with bags under my eyes and declined but she had to push. Pool was not that nice to be in. Perfect location for a business trip I'm Saigon
Good location, amazing staff to support you during the entire stay. Food during breakfast is tasty and abundant. Recommend an early one, 6.30am is the best timing. Room are comfortable and clean. Supergentle hotel staff
I spent 2 days in Saigon for business and I found this nice hotel, with view from my room at 15th floor and supergentle hotel staff, in particular the lady with glasses at Chic restaurant. Enjoyable Stay with Great Location and Service I stayed at Bay Hotel last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and access various attractions. The staff service was excellent, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the staff managed it very well, ensuring that everyone was accommodated efficiently. One area for improvement would be the TV; upgrading to smart TVs would be beneficial since many guests, including myself, prefer to watch Netflix and other streaming services. Additionally, I was surprised that there is no spa in the hotel. Having an in-house spa would be very convenient, especially after a long day of activities. The nearby spas were always full, and the one recommended by the hotel was not very close. Overall, a great stay with a few areas that could enhance the guest experience further. I would definitely consider staying here again.
